If you don't know Jesus, all you have to do is open your heart and pray this prayer, based on Romans 10vs9-10: 

Dear Heavenly Father,
I come to you in the name of Jesus.
I confess that I am a sinner and I need your forgiveness.
So I declare with my mouth what I believe in my heart, that Jesus, you are my Lord and my Saviour.
Come into my heart and come into my life.
Set me free from the power of sin, Satan and sickness.
I believe by faith that I am now your child and I receive your love and forgiveness, and the gift of eternal life.    Amen!
